The second installment by guy richie was one of the most anticipated movies of 2011-12 , and honestly it lives upto the expectation or even we can say , it is better than the previous chapter.

The movie starts with action and comedy , and then slowly walk towards the suspence and ends with a surprise ending , honestly it was full worth the money to watch the movie.

as per me i will rate this movie 7/10 .

special mention to good visual effects and guy richie style.

And moreover as i was watching the movie i got to know a lot about japanese samurai culture. The movie puts light on the greater side of samurai culture their mission, discipline in their work etc..

and more over the movie is a great motivational work and has one of the best performance by Tom Cruise.

hellboy2 is a good movie , i can say it is an entertaining movie .

the movie theme deals with a new villain coming into the scenerio "prince nuada" who wants to eliminate the human race by awakening the golden army which is also known as undefeatable army.

now hellboy and his team is planning a new plot , a new journey to defeat the golden army.

the main thing i liked about the movie is that i watched the movie , and the movie never made me think that its boring , every time some new mystery unlishes and thats great.

and the graphics and actions are excellent in the movie.

so its good to watch the movie.

i can say its full of entertainement.

ghajini music - ar rehman masterpiece

yesterday i got the music set of ghajini ( aamir khan's movie) , i was just listening to it , and i was just listening to it , i can not express that we have again got the AR. rehman magic after rang de basanti.
i can just say the music is awesome , more than the song lyrics , the background musics in every song is very much touching and it reminds us of AR rehman magic again which we have missed after rang de basanti.

i can say just buy the music of ghajini , its a masterpiece , or just best of 2008.

rating according to me :

guzarish : 7/10 ( good song with much of indian music touch)
aye bachchoo : 8/10 (a blast type song with beats and everything , it make me remember songs of movie boys(tamil ).
kaise mujhe : 7/10 ( good one mainly the background music very touching)
behka : 7/10 ( mix of symphony , jazz , pure soft music with indian and western soft music touch)
lattoo lattoo : 6/10 ( its ok no so good or bad)
kaise mujhe (instrumental) : 8/10 ( just listen , listen and i dont need to tell anything)
overall the music is worth buying.
go and get it and listen....

ghajini aamir khan's upcoming movie

i am waiting for the new movie of aamir khan named ghajini , i am so desperate to see it becoz i have seen both memento and ghajini (tamil) and both the movies i liked , but in a different manner ,

as memento is concerned, its a movie which deals with a man's problem of finding the culprit, but he has a forgetness disorder due to which he forgets everything what happened 5 minutes ago.

so the story revolves but the movie is not for normal indian audience becoz the movie is more or less a theme centric movie more than entertaining.

but if u see ghajini (tamil) , its a mass entertaining movie with the same theme but story is of indian touch with lot of good fight sequences, the tamil action packed movie, just like that .

surya has done a great job playing the centre character.

same goes to asin , she was at initial stage of her career at that time.

now u can understand why i am desperately waiting for ghajini (hindi)

1st thing its a remake of tamil ghajini so it will be a 100% entertaining and action packed movie ,and that is sure now becoz the trailers shows it.

another thing is that the main character is played by aamir khan.

what else i will need to see the movie . i will just wait and watch .

let see how the movie turns out to be.

this movie deals with the same , i must say the movie is a spectacular take on the human advancement and its realities.

plot:

the movie is about a waste removal robot called wall-e who is the only thing left on earth all others have gone in space leaving earth , due to its wastes which has made living impossible .

the story is about wall-e how he manages alone in earth .

what basic happiness he has which human forgets and how he rescues human beings from space menace.

the movie is good i can give its animation 9/10

after a long time off from blogging i am back with blogs .

after a long time i have seen a movie called rain man .
a movie which stars tom cruise and Dustin Hoffman.
the movie deals with a problem called autism , a person's suffering with the disease his nature due to the disease and how he deals with the circumstances around him.

plot theme:

the movie is about a person called Charlie Babbitt a selfish self centric type person , who learns that his father has left a multi- million dollar estate to his brother , which he never met.
and the brother is played by Dustin Hoffman who suffers from autism in the movie.
the movie tells the viewers whats the life is all about.

main thing about movie :
the main attraction of the movie is the acting by dustin hoffman a spectacular performance.
and the scenes which showed his autistic behaviors.
its a worth watching movie.

according to me this movie is worth watching

hey guys i am writing again after a long long time due to the hibernation mode of my own , till previous few days of my own i was busy with my own stuffs which were bothering me a lot ,so at last now i am going to get time of my own so i will connect with u all in matter of week or so , but before that as usual as a report of the movie which should be good for watching i recommend wall-e and kung-fu panda both are the best in the circuit comparative to any other film in the previous month package as the heath ledger fever is still on we have no other alternative to that performance .......so for long awaiting moments of sadness i will be back within a weeek.

as someone said "yesterday is a history..........tommorow is a mistry but today is a gift thats why its called "present" ". so at last i will leave the room will talk to u all after a weeek ..... till then a very good sunshine to all.

the movie is fantastic ....mainly the acting of heath ledger as the villain (the joker)
he binds the movie all the time his antic style and expression takes ur rythm in a new high such that you feel it when u see the movie. this time the batman move revolves around very deep inside the mind of a person, it shows how mad a person can be.
so better dont wait for review just go and watch the movie becouse this is a one to watch for.

the movie is a timepass , if u just want to see it ,then u can see it but the movie is not the kind which we want to watch , the story is about a family who want to move out of city life want to stay outside city where they buy a house with a land (cold creek manor) they feel they are settled a completely relaxed but situation starts taking a toll on them when everything in the house looks suspicious , and unusual things happens after the arrival of dale the past owner of the house .
the story is about how the family survives and how they discovers the past of the house.
u can watch the movie it is an average movie
dennis quaid has done a good acting as well as sharon stone who has done a good acting comaparative to her past sex symbol image.

its another classic which made an impact on me , by its deep story which touches your heart and also the acting of russell crowe in it.

really the movie is a worth to watch for , because this movie is something which everyone should see , for its motivational substance and lot of good things which it shows about life , that is what we like about.

the movie is not for entertainment but its all about struggle.struggle to overcome the problem inside oneself.

the story is based on the true biography of prof.john nash ( of game thoery fame) , how he was struggling from schizophrenia
, and how he overcame the burden of it and atlast he wins the nobel prize award.

the main thing about the movie is that russell crowe acted extremely well ,the intensity of the acting was so good that you will not say its the same russell crowe who played the role of a gladiator in the movie gladiator.

when i saw the movie i thought about one thing , why these kind of movies are not made in india ,or if they are made they usually go unnoticed. why this happens ......ok leave the topic ,let me again come to the movie part , what i really liked about the movie was the movie was so original to see , you can feel the mathematics environment in the movie even every actor in the movie was good , but main credit goes to russell crowe, and the director of the movie ron howard both of them made the movie a masterpiece.

so if you have not seen the movie please see the movie because these kind of movies are made once a while.

i just hope one thing when our own bollywood will reach this level.

today the movie hancock is released in US , and as everyone is waiting for the movie i suppose the movie is going to get a good initial response , ya thats true ofcourse will smith got a mass effect in US.

so what we expect from the movie , good action , comedy (as we know will smith is the guru of action comedy) , that means good entertainment package.

but what heard about the movie is that wherever it was premiered ,the movie critics have given the movie average rating , due to its average storyline as well as average script i dont know if its true or not but will smith is leaving no stones unturned for the publicity of the movie .

but we still dont know what will be the response of the movie in india as it is going to be released in india on 4th of july just wait and watch , as will smith is going to getstiff competion indian movies releasing on 4th of july.

the movie is about animal like people who due to some genetic modification turns into man eaters.

i never knew anything about ironman , just i heard the ame somewhere in the comic strips and newspaper , but when i saw the movie , i learnt many things about the character .

iron man is an action packed movie with lots of sci-fi stuffs i just dont want to spoil the interest of the movie thats why i will not tell about the content of the movie .

but just i want to say that if u really like to see cool gadgets ,action... then this movie is sure to be a must , and the good news is the movie is already started dominating the us boxoffice.

kadha parayumbol stars srinivasan , mammooty , and meena in the lead roles.

the movie is a classic in itself , it deals with a story of a person who is professionally a barber , he works very hard but still he is very poor and even he dont have money enough to feed his family but destiny has something else for himself . In the village a filmstar(mammooty) comes for shooting for his film , and he was the person who was a childhood freind of the barber , but they were not in contact for so many years , this situation makes the barber realise that may be after reaching in that sature of success may be he will not remember me.

the story deals with how he meets him and how he recognises his freind and how his situation changes .

the movie was a spectacular blockbuster in south it became so popular that:

shahrukh khan is producing a hindi remake of the movie named billo barber starring irfan khan , shahrukh khan , direction is done by priyadarshan and story written by srinivasan himself.

its tamil remake is also in pipeline starring rajinikant.

this is a kind of movie which in its release became one of the best indiam movie ever made.
now the main point is what was there in the movie, if u want me to be precise ,then i can say the movie has excellent cinematography , excellent direction , excellent story , excellent acting specially shobhana and mohanlal.

what i say is that at that time (that is 1993) when romantic and action movies were in its peak this movie was a discovery on its own way. the movie was directed by fazil.

Several other prominent directors such as Siddique-Lal, Priyadarshan and Sibi Malayil directed the second-unit production of the movie.

the movie was remade in tamil ,telugu , kannad ,as well as hindi .

for playing the role of ganga in the movie shobhana got national award of best actress .

and many of u have seen its hindi version named bhool bhuliya.

the movie was good but i can only say it cannot be the original.

it was morning 9 , i was just sitting with paper in my hand , and thinking about how easy i took the subject indian cinema , there are field which are still to be explored , like satyajit ray films , maniratnam films , adoor gopalakrishnan films , becouse these are the people , referred to as god of creativity,and i havent seen a single film of satyajit ray , and the major tragedy is that his films are more popular in around the world as compared to india.

can u just imagine satyajit ray wrote a script called 'the alien' in 1960's which had close resemblance with steven spielberg's ET.

can u just imagine his creativity in 1960's.

it was writen that after the arrival of private companies in bollywood (mainly reliance ada) , things are moving in fast pace , we cannot even think of what is going to happen in the next few months with more movies are coming in pipelines directors have their fingers crossed.
say for example :
sarkar raj : Rs 33 crores
drona : Rs 53 crores
gajini (ramake) Rs 45 crores.
yuvraaj : Rs 23 crores.
singh is king: Rs 85crores

next year projects :
sultan - the warrior(animation) : Rs 70 crores release in 2009 jan 14
robot(tamil) : Rs 110 crores ( aishwarya rai reportadly got Rs 6 crores for the movie becoming highest paid actress in india)
dasavatram : Rs 80 crores.

kamal haasan is reportedly making a movie with walt disney titled marmayogi which is competing with robot on becoming most expensive movie of india.

i was just sitting with my friend varun and was just talking with him about the trailer we saw about shivaji- the boss , we both started laughing after seeing it.
the main thing we both came to a conclusion that the movie has to be ssen , not becouse of content but only one thing that is shivaji aka rajini.

talking in serious terms rajinikant has got people's man reputation as compared to any other actor in south . but that's not all, he can deliver not just hit but a mega hit.

i always say varun u have the same filmy character in real life as compared to rajini in reel life keep on improving varun may be someday u can also become one(jokingly).

but in serious terms no one can be rajinikant he is only one.

what i just want to convey is in north india majority of the south movies are seen as poor or just action flicks but their hindi remakes are almost always well appreciated, i dont know the reason why but still this happens.

this movie is one of the classic movies ever made in indiam cinema , and it was made by maniratnam(of course the name says everything).

i liked the movie becouse of its excellent acting by kamal haasan , and direction by mani ratnam.

it depicts the story of an underworld don Varada living in bombay .

the movie mainly depicts the struggle for living by south indians living in bombay.

and thats not all the film featured in time magazines all time top 100 fims list in 2005.

and for surprise i checked the film rating in imdb it has got 8.8/10 rating in imdb.

i have seen this movie two months back i liked the movie , you know its very rare that people think a movie in this way.

the movie is about a person names raghuraman(played by mohanlal) who is a temple priest's son who due to communal tension between hindu and muslim joins the hindu gang to fight with muslims , he takes refuge in an ashram of a saint But at a point Reghuraman has an out of the world experience in the asram. He is taken to a world where everyone is blind and where people do not believe in the sense of sight they believed that its a sin to think that there is something called sight, and now mohanlal tries to convince all that there is sight but they do not believe him .and then the struggle to escape begins.

THE MOVIE WAS SUBMITTED FOR OSCAR FOR THE BEST FOREIGN FILM CATEGORY IN THE OSCAR BY GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.

here again a movie which is an extraordinary effort as well as extraordinary storyline all is good about the movie everything, specially denzel washington, you know when you name that everything is clear.

the story is about a robbery which happened in a bank where robbers( clive owen is the leader of the group) keep some people as hostege . and denzel washington plays a cop who is solving this case , but then again some mistry happens the robbers are not there to rob the bank ,not even to kill the hostages but something else , and thats the mistry of the movie.but in between the movie becomes slow but not so much a problem by that, its ok for the movie like this.

(the soundtrack chaiya chaiya (by ar rehman) was played in the background in credits.

watch the movie for mind blowing storyline as well as direction and of course denzel washington , and the tricks used by clive owen.

i saw the movie yesterday , i liked the theme of the movie it was nice but what it lacked was a good script and i think that is the only problem in the whole movie.

the idea is good , that a boy has got a power that he can travel any where by just thinking about the place in the mind.

he robs a bank and becomes rich , but for everything there is a consequences and that shatters his plan and his struggles to save himself and his girlfreind starts.

altogether the movie is good u can enjoy it one time.

i have seen this movie a long time ago , but still today i can see this movie with the same interest, if u need to compare the movie with its novel version(with the same name) , the movie is far better , specially the direction and acting(by matt damon).

the movie is about a man who was found in the sea by a group of fishermen and then after recovering from the trouma he realizes that he forgot everything even his name,so he starts a journey to find his own identity , the movie is awsome .

i will rate the movie as:

yesterday i have seen the movie called gajini its a good movie .

its very rare in indian cinema to think beyond boundaries, its a good thriller movie, while watching the movie i remembered movie paycheck boththe movies are diffrent movies but some how the heroes are related how he captures the culprit and all.

the story revolves around a rich business man(surya) who fall in love with a girl ,during a fight with goons to save the girl he got hit in his head but he survives. but he gets a short term memory loss that is he only remembers what happend 15minutes ago not more than that other thing he forgets , so he tries to find the girl and , then clues and clues, and all the whole film always keeps u guessing what is happening next.

mind blowing performance by surya , as now gajini is going to be made in hindi then we can hope if the hindi version will match the performance and direction of tami version. amir khan is flaunting his new look in the film which is almost the same look which actor surya showed in the movie.

only time will tell this.

i will rate the movie as

story 8/10

direction 8/10

performance 9/10

its a good movie , both adam sandler and kevin james has done a great comic timing ,good comedy movie.

the movie is about two firemen, who in order to protect their pension plan and house behave in public as gay and show that they are married , but life plays prank on them .........and then the story goes.

i dont want to tell the story but its a good movie to see.

yesterday after so much waiting , i have finally seen the movie i am legend.

the movie is good but i will not tag it as excellent or something like that.

what i think about the movie is that it had a great theme and great star cast (will smith).

but the problem is about the movie , it is very slow and without much action or something like that, so in the first instance the movie keeps you going but then it starts getting slow and then when we think that something big is going to happen , the climax just takes us down.

And as we know we always think about will smith as a great sci-fi hero and when we see a movie of him with the same theme we expect more , not like this. will smith has done a good job in the movie his acting is good .

what i suggest is that ,the movie is for selective people not digestible by all.

so if i have to rate the movie

then:

story 7/10

action 5/10

direction 6/10

overall the movie is just average , but i liked it no doudt ,but i understood that this movie is not for all.

its a roland emmerich movie , the man who made movies like the independence day , and the day after tommorow.

i went to see the movie becouse i thought , the movie will be having some thing extraordinary like the previous movies of roland emmerich.

i am not telling that movie is not good but its not like his previous movies.

this movie is almost a love story about two lovers in the ancient times who got seperated by some evil groups , so our hero travels across his region to find his wife , and in between the travels he meets different cultural people (who are different from him in language and colour etc) who supports him for his cause and help him to build a huge army to find against the enemy.

but what i think about the movie is that somewhere in between the movie you will find the resemblence of the movie with ramayana. like you can say the story itself somehow, not totally but partially resembles ramayana.

like the warlord who kidnapped the girl tends to fall in love with her , in the movie the hero has to cross a river which was very difficult him as well as his army , in ramayana the enemy(ravana) has the kingdom across the ocean .....and so on.

i am not telling that movie is not original everything is good the plot, the character but i was talking about just a resemblence of the movie with ramayana.

even i can say the movie has a resemblance with both apocalypto and ramayana(just resemblence nothing more)

so according to me the movie is an emotional story i mean somewhat lovestory.

the movie tells us about the time when people used to believe very much on superstitions, the time when mamooth's were present.

the movie is good as the story and visuals are concerned , for example the giant sized mamooths,

and giant creatures all are presented excellently.

the main thing about the movie is that indeed its a love drama but then also the movie was not slow.

i can say the movie is good to see .

if i have to rate the movie i will rate it like this:

story: 6/10

action and visual effects : 9/10

direction : 8/10

overall the movie is good to see , but don't expect it to be like independence day and day after tommorow like the trailer at starting says from the director of ...............

so we tend to think the movie will be like that, but its a different movie.

Alonzo Harris(denzel washington) is a corrupt cop and Jake(ethan hawk) is a new recruit who wants to be alonzo's narcotic unit.

the most remarkable part of the movie is its location and direction , the movie is totally shown like a real gangster movie

but thats not all ............... we have more things in it and thats the mind blowing performance by denzel washington , i think its his one of the most remarkable performance till date .

so i recommend everyone to see the movie for denzel's performance.

( denzel washington got best actor oscar for the movie , and ethan hawk got best actor oscar in supporting role for the movie)

i still want to see a movie called "the counterfeiter" i have not seen it yet, but as soon as i will get time i will surely see it , and then i will write the review of it.

sometimes a life gives something to us and takes a lot from us which we need to accept ,

the story revolves around life of singer "edith piaf", her life was full of struggle and distress.

she had everything which millions of people would die for , but she never had life , a life of happiness.which ultimately led her to drinking and depending on pain injection mainly drugs ,

the movie showcases her life ,how she left herself in the puzzle of life ,indeed she became a great singer, but her body never survived ,slowly slowly she died . this movie is al about her struggle , enjoyment , love , and success.

La Vie en Rose was mainly the signature song by "edith piaf"

i have seen a lot of movies, but sometimes its like seeing a movie and just remembering the roles what was played in the movie.
no country for old man is no exception to this.
excellent direction by JOEL AND ETHAN COEN.
the movie is about a villain or a killer who is almost a psychopath , who dont think anything except killing , he has no reasons to kill , he just kills.
the story revolves around this "anton Chigurh" (killer)and the sherriff who wants to find him and also want to save the person "Llewelyn Moss" whome the killer wants to kill.
the story got an excellent direction .
excellent sound affects.

but the main thing to look for is the performance by "javier bardem" who played anton chigurh in the movie.
so just watch the movie .

no country for old man is a must to see.

sometimes life is not always the same everytime , or just we can say sometimes life takes something from us we love the most and then life looks to be like desert with nothing to look upon. life looks to be like meaningless. This movie is based on this theme.

plot of the movie:
its a post 9/11 drama

here Dr. johnson(don cheadle) is a dentist who accidentaly meets his old freind charlie(adam sandler).both were used to be college freinds.

charlie's wife and children died in the terrorist attack of 9/11,which made him so shocked that it has made him cut of from outside world.

And when Dr johnson meet him he tells about his freindship with him he seems to be not remembering it.

there was a mystery over charlie , about his nature.

charlie use to listen music and he want to forget everything from the past including himself.

and the story is about how he moved on in his life and how society started excepting him.

and how with the help of charlie , Dr johnson found the real meaning and happiness of life.

there were few scenes in the movie which i liked the most:

like when Dr johnson's father died and he tells charlie about it at that moment charlies answers showed ,what life is all about to him.

the main theme of the movie is to move on in life,and enjoy every moment of life.

i will give the movie 7/10.

so just watch it and enjoy
the story shows how a person changes after one incident and how it changes his attitude towards life.

october sky---- a motivational movie

yesterday night i was thinking to watch a movie, at that time i searched for some movies to watch then i came across october sky in my pc

i watched the movie then i realised why i have not seen this movie before .

its an awsome movie , i can say its one of the best family movie i have seen yet

its based on a true story of rocket boys who lived in coal wood and dared to think of making a rocket and win a science fair . they were thrilled to see russia's first satellite in the sky which motivated them for making their rocket .which changed their lifes forever.

i will give the movie

8/10

excellent movie , and a good motivational theme .

and dont know much about the mvie but i heard its a gang war movie and its one of the most eligible movies for oscar this year.

the film is about a rugby player(the rock) who is a celebrity and is addicted to his celebrity life, and one day an 8 year old girl comes to his door which changes his life.

what to say about it, its a good documentary as the whole movie has been shot by a digital camera(as per movie)

the movie is very short around 1 hour 14 min approx

but the movie is not for entertainment u can not expect it to be godzilla or independence day

its about alien invading earth and the whole city is almost destroyed and there is one digital camera which was the proof of it .

so as a review i can say the that as documentary is concerned i will give it 7/10 as rating

but as film for entertainment is concerned i will only give it 5/10

so if u want to watch it go and have a look but don't expect to be another alien invading earth type movie

so what about the movie ... the movie is about a person who suffer from insomnia and try to find some stress relief in sitting in various community of people suffering from cancer. but one day his life changes totally when he meets a person named tyler durden and then his life takes a turn he joins fight club and then the real journey begins.

its a good movie but only one thing is the problem that its not easily understandable.

"so the first rule of fight club says dont talk about fight club"

so go and watch th movie on dvd and just thrill to see the psycho of a man.

what a movie it was ,a movie for all , i must say this time will smith has made everyone to think again about his acting capability. A mind blowing performance by both WILL SMITH AND JADEN SMITH (will smith’s son).

the movie mainly tells the story about the struggle of a person name chris gardner( played by will smith in the film) , who secured an internship with a stock brokerage firm while homeless. The movie is based on the true story of chris gardner.

PLOT OF THE MOVIE :

In the movie chris gardner is a struggling sales man who has to sell a medical equipment , but it is difficult for him to sell it because the device is very bulky and more expensive comparative to its use. so as he was not satisfied by what he was doing , on an occasion he meets a person with a red Ferrari , and he got thrilled to see he was having such a nice car,on asking that man about his work he tells him that he is a stock broker, that meeting changes the path of his life and he decides to be a stock broker,for this career he gets a chance to do an internship with a stock brokerage firm on the condition that no salary will be given in the period of the internship, and he agrees , and after that his real struggle starts he became homeless because of not paying the rent and then with his son he struggles to manage every single day , and then becouse of his hard work and will power he gets what he wanted.
